Exercise

Went for Amanda for 1h 20min exercise, may go for a run latter.

Food

Porridge for breakfast with semi-skimmed milk
Banana with nuts at 9.30am
One and a half Ryvita thins at 11.00am
Two poached eggs on Ryvita for lunch
Make butternut squash soup for dinner to have with oat cakes


Work

Will finish Mittelman's accounts ready for Wednesday
Will try and do Parthenon accounts

Family

Going to St Dunstan's to speak with Ms Cheeseman regarding Michael's learning issues.
